Thank you and the team for such a fantastic Potentia Conference yesterday! The programme ended on a veritable high! I haven't had so much fun at a conference in a long time - especially the filming bit - great bit of team-work and participation from all concerned! Cognition are great!

I, and several people I have subsequently spoken to, thought the conference was terrific. Very innovative and engaging. It was much easier to stay engaged for the whole day and the breakout sessions were very creative and memorable. I enjoyed it thoroughly and will remember it

I thought the theatre based learning was excellent - a really effective way of getting the message across. More effective than presentation, workshop or workbook learning. Would like all GSB staff to see this performance - there was a little bit of everyone and everything represented. As someone who works for GSB from time to time, I think it's important to stop and take stock of our own working practice on a regular basis, as it is so easy to slip into bad habits when working flat out. Of course, the challenge is getting all GSB advisors to recognise this and welcome the opportunity to review the way they work, as unfortunately there are still some 'Grants' and 'whatever the name of John Luxton's business advisor character was' around. Would be great it they were made to watch this performance as well!

Just a quick note to say that I thoroughly enjoyed the day and I am sure that Claire and myself laughed the loudest!! The best thing was I could really relate it to people I have worked alongside in the 90's!! I thought it was quite refreshing and much better than someone up front sending you to sleep with statistics. The day was well organised, well done!! I really enjoyed the conference, it was a fitting finale to what has been a great project.

The theatre-based presentation and workshops were novel and innovative. They provided a light-hearted look back at the impact that projects like Potentia have had and highlighted the somewhat 'revolutionary' changes made in encouraging entrepreneurship. The 'skits' were succinct and incorporated the wry sense of humour that we have had to develop, at times, in our approach to affecting change within the public and private sectors.

The theatre company themselves were approachable, friendly and flexible in their approach to the days activities. They took on ideas from the audience / working groups and incorporated them into their performances. I was very impressed at the quality and level of professionalism shown by the entire outfit.

From my perspective the message was well presented in all aspects of the day. Not being a drama person, I did not really enjoy the morning presentation, but it did get the message over and did engage with many.

Just want to say Thanks and Congratulation to all the team for all the hard work. It was an excellent day and the key message was well conveyed through Theatre based format. I think the idea of theatre based format was very innovative and makes things easier to understand and get involved.

I thought the theatre based learning was an excellent innovation. The content was focussed and relevant. Its novelty resulted in more engagement and greater attention levels. It must have taken an incredible amount of work to put together. A fitting end to a successful project. Thanks for the hard work by the team that made this possible

Regarding the content, it made a refreshing change to have the 'theatrical approach' & I'm very glad we are not running a SET celebration to follow as yours will take some beating. I had a really nice day, it had a good feel about it & I think you all deserve a well earned pat on the back.
