Cognition Associates will:
- Work with you to identify exactly what your training needs and desired outcomes are.
- Devise workshops or other training tools that will best meet your aims and suit your staff. Cognition uses a wide range of approaches from ‘in your seat’ sessions to fully interactive, drama-based experiences.
- Provide a trainer who has direct personal and professional experience of the particular issues under consideration.
- Create a safe environment for your staff. Our trainers are expert in working with groups, in building rapport and encouraging discussion by careful, open questioning. As part of our service we can brief your staff some time before the event, in writing or – if possible – directly, allowing them to meet the trainer and ally any worries they may have about our innovative methods.
- Provide feedback tailored to your particular needs – from a full analysis of pre-event questionnaires and post-event evaluations to a sample of more personal written or recorded staff interviews.
